Joyce - I have no shame! University of KY - I have been trying to encourage support groups in Lexington, Paducah, Owensboro, and Stanford to call, write, write again, visit, call, etc. Senator McConnell and your 6 representatives regarding Mo Udall bill. Have to heard of this bill? If not, are you interested? I am the regional coordinator for KY but I'm in AZ - why, you ask? Because no one was represented at the Parkinson's Action Network conference in D.C. in May - my father who recently died of PD was a resident in a nursing home near Lexington - my mother's home. I volunteered now I need warm bodies a little closer to KY than myself (2600 miles) to encourage the KY Parkinson's community to activity.
