First of all, the dosage in the studies was around 250-400 micrograms. A doc told my friend to take 300 micrograms. The usual pills are 3 milligrams or 10 times that. I was told you can find smaller dosage pills, but it takes looking. I found a 1.5 mill pill from life plus, with amino acids, and have been cutting them in quarters. I have now been sleeping through the nite, but getting up much earlier than usual. (6 am instead of 9) and most of the time I feel great. I don't know what the dosage has to do with anything else. I have only been on it for 10 days. Good luck. -Sheila ============================= -----NSMI in business since 1969----- YOU NEED TO ACCEPT MASTERCARD/VISA/DISCOVER/AMEX TO GET THE SALES ON LINE!
