Hi,
I (a non-parky) started taking Melatonin about 3 months ago and realized
immediate effects-good, sound, restful sleep. Jeff (a parky) began taking
about a month ago and has seen no results either way. He never did have
trouble sleeping but is seemingly unaffected by Melatonin.
