I am one of the 10% of PD persons who has euphoria and once I was so speeded up I was out of touch with reality, like in the Awakenings. I can find no real references to treatment or prevention of this problem, although I have tried cutting down medication, low dose amitryptiline and currently starting clonazepine. Any help welcome Lloyd Stewart
