Hi All
I promised myself <No more letters until work was completed >
guess I have no willpower ;-)
Music -with a good beat will get me started most of the time
The music we use at exercise helps keep the arms swinging when
they would normally slow down and stop.
When i hear the familiar tunes I feel the need to move in the
exercise patterns
I use a 'walkman 'so I can have music whenever needed
