My husband, the parkinsonian, is bothered by extreme fatigue and dizziness. He has started adding PERMAX to his Sinemet CR. So far it has not helped but is still at the lower entry dosage. Does anyone have a solution or has experienced this same problem? thanks, Rhea Dorn
