Nausea is the most common side effect of Sinemet, but you become more tolerant of it as time goes on. Just about everyone who takes Sinemet has gone through the experience. I have been taking Sinemet for six years now. When I started, I was nauseous 3-4 times a week, but now it has been almost a year since my last episode.
