Eddie, I am also fairly new to PERMAX I cant tell you the effects because I dont have any tremor...just occassional rigidity, stiffness, freezing, toes and foot spasms and toes curling. (occassional but bad enough!!) I take 4 X 2.5 five times a day. I began taking that after bad effects of ELDEPRYL.
