I often experience the same phenomena. I also ride an exercise bike for
45 minutes most mornings before I take my first dose of medication and
this improves my condition even more. Except for mild bradykinesia you
really couldn't tell I had PD. This condition lasts for about a couple of
hours and then I become a total basket case if I haven't taken my meds.
 
I just turned 54 and was diagnosed with PD 7 years ago. My regimen is:
 
Sinemet 25/250 1 tab tid
Eldepryl 5 Mg 1 tab bid
Pramipexole 1.5 Mg 1 tab tid (Phase II trial medication)
