Ron, I often experience the same phenomena. I also ride an exercise bike for 45 minutes most mornings before I take my first dose of medication and this improves my condition even more. Except for mild bradykinesia you really couldn't tell I had PD. This condition lasts for about a couple of hours and then I become a total basket case if I haven't taken my meds. I just turned 54 and was diagnosed with PD 7 years ago. My regimen is: Sinemet 25/250 1 tab tid Eldepryl 5 Mg 1 tab bid Pramipexole 1.5 Mg 1 tab tid (Phase II trial medication) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bruce G.
