Regarding your comments about voice control of Windows keyboard
functions: I've fiddled around with Media Visions "ExecuVoice"
with reasonable success. They have two voice related
applications... 1) ExecuVoice for voice actuated program
control (mentioned above) and 2) Monologue 16 which is an
emulated voice that can read user selected text in Windows. I
use the reader all the time to verify data entry in various
spread sheet jobs: it saves lots of time, works very well and
is quite enertaining to demonstrate to friends. I haven't used
ExecuVoice as much, but after a little indoctrination period it
seems to perform quite well (albeit in a reasonably quiet
environment) . I'm comfortable recommending either of them.
Media Vision is well advertised in all the computer literature.
