Marvin, I sometimes wake up early too. First I try to lay still and relax, my body is still recuperating from the day before. Sometimes I get up and read a boring book for a while. Also, a glass of juice or rice milk (I ve become a vegetarian!) helps or if I m in pain, I take an Advil, aspirin (with milk), or Tylenol. Check with your doctor. Sometimes, just getting into another room away from my snoring spouse solves the insomnia. Dorothy
