I'll bet the suggestion for breaking was meant > for the yellow regular tablets. > > Take care. > Nope. The suggestion to break the CR Sinemet came (believe it or not) from our neurologist. My husband never did get adequate therapy from the smaller Sinemet tabs, and of course the CR Sinemet broken in half wasn't any better at all. He has since gone back to the larger dose 25/250 tabs which he does break in half. ---- Mary Ann Ryan
