Gary Crowe--you asked about rectal cramping and PD--my husband had a short time about 15+ years ago, long before his PD was diagnosed in 1989, when he had a similar symptom. The duration was not so long as yours, and the cramps have not recurred, but the dr. he saw was unable to diagnose a cause. Looking back, he had other symptoma at the time which we now feel were related to oncoming PD. So this was not just like your experience, but we felt we should tell you what we could.
