Rami Kaminski wrote re ondansetron. Is there any preliminary data from this or any other trials, cases etc. Neither clozapine nor ondansetron are approved for use in PD in Australia. So far, there is only one publication about it (from Israel) and they tried it on 16 patients with "moderate to remarkable results"(the Authors). We at Mount Sinai intend to start a study to test it. If this works it would be a significant addition to PD treatment since all antipsychotic medications (except clozapine) worsen PD's motor symptoms.
