There is very little data regarding Odansetron and sinemet induced psychosis. I do not have the referrence handy but will try to get it and e-mail it. So far the best treatment for Parkinson's psychosis is clozapine. The safety and efficacy is well established. I wonder why it is not approved for this indication in Australia Rami Kaminski MD
