Rick Coe has also published fairly recently on Rogerian rhetoric in
Nathaniel Teich's collection _Perspectives on Rogerian Rhetoric_.  The
essense of RR hasn't changed since the 70's but a lot of commentary has
clustered around it in 25 years.
