I would like to echo the comments made by other Canadians studying here in the US that this list has been wonderful for keeping us up-to-date on Canadian events. The current discussion is quite fascinating -- thanks. In Utah, not surprisingly, coverage was limited to the weekend before and largely dealt with the economic effect of a divided Canada on the US. At the same time, there were several somewhat sympathetic angles from local sources -- supporters of the "Western Rights Movements" who have been lately talking about Western separation/greater states rights. As well, some people were talking about a Western States/Provinces alliance resulting from a yes vote. I thought of you Rick, when a professor here (jokingly?) said that Utah and the west had always wanted to get its hands on British Columbia!
