I've been reading this correspondence backwards, so just got on to Abby's copyright point. Of course. The only thing you can do is (i) use a VERY OLD edition, or (ii) make your own (which is what we are doing off the manuscript). You could use the Leeds Studies in English facsimiles to produce your own transcript. Re. very old editions, Sharp (Coventry) is better than Hardin Craig, but then there has been a facsimile of Sharp ... and we are doing the electronic facsimile of Coventry. Watch this space.
