Using the knowledge available today and knowing your strengths almost nothing is impossible. I carry an almost normal life cleaning, climbing, digging and all other things I have always done. However the piper must be paid and that means I rest and try not to have stress. Yes, stress is a killer and today it is impossible to avoid. I value my wonderful husband and 4 healthy adult children. Parkinson's, I have come to realize for all its' aggrivation may be a blessing for it turned me in a different direction.
