I echo your feelings completely. There is so much to look forward to. Using
the knowledge available today and knowing your strengths almost nothing is
impossible. I carry an almost normal life cleaning, climbing, digging and all
other things I have always done. However the piper must be paid and that
means I rest and try not to have stress. Yes, stress is a killer and today it
is impossible to avoid. I value my wonderful husband and 4 healthy adult
children. Parkinson's, I have come to realize for all its' aggrivation may be
a blessing for it turned me in a different direction. In the past 8 years I
have had many challanges in my travel with this disease we shall trust in the
furture.A positive attitude, rest, less stress and attention to the
medication is my formula for success.
