Dear Mort, Thanks for your effort on getting your Congressman to co-sponsor the Udall Bill. Many people get discouraged with the process. Especially after a flood of form letter responses. Congressional offices are run much like other bureaucracies; about as efficiently as a Dept. of Motor Vehicles office. But the process can work. There is no substitute for direct contact with representatives and staffers. Seeing is believing. They are overwhelmed with written messages and rarely respond with the emotional level that you have put into your letter/fax/E-mail. Nonetheless, where direct contact is impossible - volume counts as well. Thanks again, Ken Aidekman
