About a few days ago there appeared a posting from a PD
caregiver concerning his father's difficulty in swallowing.
About in April or May of 1995 David Robertson posted info
here about how he was able to help solve/alleviate his
swallowing difficulties. His solution involved applying
pressure with his finger tips to the back of his neck, up
close to the base of his skull. Seems simple enough and
the cost? Maybe it will help your father. Check the PD
archives for his complete description for finding the right
spot for applying the pressure.

It is nice to be back on this network. I missed a lot this
summer but am catching up by reading the archives.
