Your comment about exposure to pesticide spraying on golf courses struck
a responsive chord with me.
Just this past Tuesday as I was interviewing a patient at the Loma Linda
University Medical Center from Fort Walton Beach, FL. I asked a couple if they
could identify any potential cause for the women s Parkinson's Disease. His
response was that they had lived in Hawaii near some golf courses that were
always being sprayed and that his wife used to like to walk barefoot on the golf
course.
Interesting timing as to your raising the question about pesticide
spraying on golf courses being a contributing factor in Parkinson's Disease.
