If you posted with an adequate title that would be great. I have gone to the point of deleteing all messages that have "no subject" The amount of time lost to insignficant messages is a lot. Prudent judgement should tell you when to go private and when to go on the listserver. A note that says"thanks Joe" is not a message I should have to read
