Hello Dar, sorry to hear of your ups and downs. I had a similiar situation until my neuro advised drinking it. Since I also took/take 10 25/100 daily our LS comes out the same. Did u read my detailed posting of how I was instructed to do it...if not its in the archives. If you (also) dont know how to retrieve it, Ill send it again to you.. BUT, please chk with your neuro if its ok to do it. BTW, my dr. calls our type of case YO YO'S since we are good on top of the dosage cycle and bad on the bottom half. stay in touch joyce
