Wendy T. and All, Was thinking it could be much healthier to take vitamin supplements than to get necessary nutrients from fruits and vegetables. My reason being the risk of eating too many preservatives, additives etc., from the food products. My question now is, but what about the supplements. Are the plants etc. that they're derived from not sprayed or otherwise accidentally contaminated? Not sure if it's a good idea to find another reason to worry over what we eat or not but,......my curiosity's got the best of me. ;-) What do you think??
