Well, I also started NADH twelve days ago with a dosage of ONLY one a day and I cant see any pro or con before or after effect. Ill continue to take this one package at the same rate and then decide whether to buy another pack and use two a day. I think a one month trial period is sufficient to see any differences. Ill keep reporting. Joyce
