In my experience, Nancy, "dyskinesia" refers to involuntary movement
(twitching of limbs). For me, "dyskinesia" appears more prominently as a
side-effect of the meds, but sometimes when i begin moving around after
sitting for a while, my balance is off and i have some limb twitching,
whether i'm "on" or "off" my meds.
