I sent this message once before with no response. Is there anyone who knows or who has themselves had a tube feed put in. My mother-in-law has to get one and is very scared. She says she doesn't want one because she won't be able to taste her food. I do believe that she'll still be able to eat, it's mostly because she is not getting the full benefit of her medication, it melts in her mouth first. She has a very hard time swallowing. She just had the swallowing test, and that when they decided. Any responses to this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Debra mharper@worldgate
