Quality mattress/box-springs
Pillows that support the neck properly
Satin sheets for ease of moving in the night
Lightweight covers that are easy to rearrange in the night
Sinemet in PM (ONLY if your doctor recommends!)
Play a CD of gentle thunderstorm with "REPEAT" button pressed
