(from Jeff Carper) Greetings to All, Much has been posted in recent weeks regarding NADH. Part of this at least has concerned the high cost of this controversial therapy. This post is in no way an attempt at commercial capitalization by or for my local pharmacist, but a sincere attempt by myself to make known to those of you who are interested in the availability of NADH at a cost less than purchasing directly from Menuco (the patent protected manufacturer) or through the Life Extention Foundation. Over time, the cost savings could be significant. We have no financial interest in Lebanon Shops Pharmacy OR in any NADH sales. If you are not interested in NADH, please disregard this post. I am aware and sensitive to concerns regarding commercialization in this forum. I hope you do not take offense at my attempt to help those that are intersted in NADH save some money. Parkinson's Disease has already cost each of us dearly in more ways than one. At my request my local, independent pharmacist has become an authorized distributor of NADH from Menuco. Lebanon Shops Pharmacy now offers the least expensive NADH I have found. This cost is $39.00 for 30 tablets/2.5 mgs; $69.00 for 30 tablets/5 mgs. This is a $10.00 reduction off Menuco's full retail price. Also at my request my pharmacist has advised me that they are willing to sell and mail NADH to people who reside outside our local area (Pittsburgh, PA) who are interested in obtaining this supplement. There will be an added charge of $1.00 for delivery by first class mail to locations in the domestic U.S. Foreign or special delivery charges will be added to the cost upon request. I know this cost, unreimbursable by virtually all insurance companies, is still substantial, particularly if you go through 10mgs/day as I do.
