I am one who would be very interested in hearing about other people's experience with Sinemet dosage, either alone or in conjunction with other meds. I have often found that following my neuro's dosage suggestions strictly does not work well for me, and I can find better relief by making up my own dosage schedule. Plus, I don't think Sinemet is the "end all and be all" of meds for PD and would like to hear what else works for others. Thanks for thinking of this.
