I saw my neurologist on 12/22 and told him of my sleep problems along with
many on the net.  I go to sleep eaisly but then wake up from 2-5 or 3-6am.
 He suggested that I take 1/2 a sinemet CR 25/100, at bed time,for a week and
see how that worked.  If no positive result then take 1 25/100 sinemet Cr.
  Try for a week, at bed time, and if that dopesn't woprk take 1/2 a sinemet
cr 50/200 for a week, at bed time. If that doesn't work take 1 sinemet cr
50/200 at bedtime and if that doesn't work quit.
 
I normally take 1 sinemet cr 50/200 in the morning, 1/2  a sinemet cr 25/100
at noon and 1/2 a sinemet 50/200 at 4 pm.
 
I have now taken the additional 1/2 25/100 sinemt cr at bed time for seven
nights and have slept through the entire night.  I did not wake up groggy and
it seems this may be a solution.
