David,   I take 2 x 50/200 S. CR at 10PM  AND 1 x 50/200 as late as possible
 i.e. 1am
and it works fine.   I need the alarm to wake up for my 0700 drink and pills.
 
ALSO,   with the last CR   I take 2  CLOZARIL
 
chuck says I sleep so well I snore!!!
