hello and happy nu year i started L>S> 9 weeks ago. that the total number of 25/100 pills u are taking per day 1 x 25/100 = 100cc therefore if you take 10 25/100 each day you need 1000cc of OJ or TANG to this add two teaspoons of ASCORBIC ACID (Powered vit C) THEN take the total number of hours from your very first dosage in the AM till the last and divide those total number of hours into the total L>S> mixture. That will equal the amount of CC's you will drink every hour. If you still have some trouble in between each drink you can do like i do and take the hourly dose and divide it in half and drink each half hour. Hope this helps and please stay in touch. Joyce44
