Richard have you checked with the National Parkinson's Foundation?  They have
several in their midst who work with YOPD (young onset) as well as
reasearchers in the orginaztion who specialize in researching early

Ninth Avenue, Miami, Fla., 33136, phone (800) 327-4545, Florida at (800)
433-7022. for the number in Orlando, if there is one.) They have several in
their midst who work with YOPD (young onset) as well as reasearchers in the
orginaztion who specialize in researching early diagnosis.  I would ask
regarding Dr. referrral, support group referral, and booklets they send out.
 
Also there are more than 600 Parkinson's support groups around the country.
