I have been a diagnosed Parky for 8 years and take a mixture of Sinemet,Sinemet CR,Parlodel & Elderpryl. Recently I have experienced difficulty with walking(shuffling & small steps),yet I can run,ride a bike & swim.Can anyone give an explanation for this ,and more importantly any tips or strategies which I could use .
