For those of you new to #parkinsons or IRC in general
a word about privacy.
IRC channels are, by their nature, a public forum.
There are ways to keep your real name from being known,
from being "seen" from outside a channel, and to have
private conversations. If you wish what you say to a person to
remain private, please let them know at the begining of your
conversation. If you wish to make use of these tools (and some of us
do) please ask someone upon your arrival and we will be happy to help
you.
