Hi: I too had a problem with AOL; I was just not able to open my mail and had requested for another copy of **164** in the mail that I never gor to see. Finally after a week of complaining, AOLTechLOV advised me to look into the AOL/organize directory ( and reset it?). It worked, I can now read my mail off line after flashing on. And I too was trying to connect with Delana Vaughn about E mail to Europe, but her direct AOL address does not seem to exist. Ciau Michel
