For Mary and anyone else who's having AOL trouble: I'm still here and still
see my mail but have to read it online. I am very fed up with AOL and
convinced they have screwed up flashsessions just to keep us online. I
finally complained heartily and threatened to quit AOL if they didn't fix it
(I haven't been able to do a flashsession since about January 4th) and I got
2 tech messages right away. As soon as I get off tonite I will erase all
backed up mail so hope no one has sent me anything important and I regret not
being able to read everything written by the group. I will then do the
following that the tech suggested (for anyone else having trouble you might
try the same):  First you save any mail you care about on your hard drive;
Then get into your file manager (Windows), find IDB subdirectory of the AOL
directory; delete the following files: *.pnd, *.mal, and *.arh.

These actions apparently reset the flashsession option and all will be well.
If this doesn't work, I will unsubscribe to AOL and return with a new logon
name like "Veturia1" if I can.
