The comment about the little white pramipexole pills rolling around the house stuck a chord with me. They are indeed tiny. In fact, my husband was having a difficult time swallowing them because they got caught in the back of his throat. We solved this problem by putting them into gelatin capsules. I buy them at the health food store and they are not expensive (as long as you don't buy the ones with no animal products). We now can put both pramipexole pills, his 1/2 tablet sinamet and his Eldepryl into one capsule and he swallows it easily. Barb Bates
