Dear Tony: You will have had the pallidotomy by the time you get this message and now you are enjoying the feeling of freedom that most of us old Palls are still feeling. After mine almost three years ago I felt like someone had released me from rubber wet suit three sizes too small....or like the rusted stiff tin-man in Wizzard Of Oz after Dorothy oiled his joints. Unencumbered delicious movement at last. Awesome! Give my best to the "staff" - your fine neurosurgeon Bob Iacono who I had the pleasure of meeting in Arizona several years ago, and Mr. Information and more than successful pallidotomy patient Don Berns.....who has invited me to sky dive with him when I get the second side done.
