I am on the ATHE list. Although I do not remember the Jan. 31 posting, I
have duplicated a header from one of the recent mailings on the ATHE list.
James Thomas is the list owner and either he or someone on the list will
be able to get you the subscription information. I seem to have lost the
"subscribe" address.
