Thank you all for your answers, do you know the indication for Sinemet (L-dopa and carbi-dopa)? My mother is under medical treatment with Madopar=AE (L-dopa and benzerazid) and Bromocriptin only. She is suffering with PD since 10 years. Her neuro says, she has an "one-side parkinson disease". She is hard to treat because the drugs are good for the sick side (right arm and leg) but at the left side she is suffering with uncontrollable convulsion and spasm. She has a very low dose therapy (62,6 mg L-dopa/die). What do you think about it? Bye, Matthias M.
