Barbara D-B: sleepiness--to some extent Peter experiences this. He almost always falls asleep when I'm reading to him, and this may be just after he has assured me he's awake! :-( Once he fell asleep on the side of the bed after being up at night, and ended up on the floor, unhurt. This seems fairly "par for the course", but there is also a more serious condition where people suddenly fall asleep in any setting--have you asked your CPs neuro about this?
