arbara, Dave takes Permax as an adjunct to Sinemet, because it seems to work better than Parlodel. I think it is a more advanced drug than Parlodel, though am not sure. Permax may take some getting used to... start off with very small doses, gradually working up. Dont give up... it works! Regards... Dave n Lyn
