At first it was a minor inconvenience, but I have to report that it has been relentlessly progressive. The last 3 to 4 years have been especially difficult. She has marked gait impairment, severe dyskinesia (unwanted extremity movements), impaired speech, and a peculiar throat/face pain that is not supposed to be part of the disease. We steer a very VERY narrow course between too much and too little Sinemet. Sorry this note is not very uplifting, but I believe it to be realistic. Good luck to you. Hang in there.
