Barbara has been on Sinemet CR and 5mg Eldepryl. In fine tuning the medication, neurologist suggested stopping the Eldepryl. His experience was that it stopped being effective after a few years. Barbara tried that but could notice the effects within ten days and went back on with a return to former state. >>
