I have received reports concerning 27 persons (16 with PD and 11 without) concerning whether they exhibit "unusual movements during sleep, such as hitting, kicking, talking, or walking." I will as I promised report the results of the survey to the list within the next few days. For those of you who report such events during sleep, I would like to hear whether you have reported these events to your physician, what you were told, and whether the situation is better or worse. You may maintain anonymity (to the extent possible on the internet) by replying to me [log in to unmask] rather than to the list. I will maintain confidentiality in reporting any results. If you have not responded, I would appreciate your reply. I am interested in those with "unusual movements" during sleep as well as those who do not have them, and whether the persons are diagnosed with PD or not. Thank you ......Allan Netick
