My dear friend Harry, (55 diag. 3 1/2 yrs.) started on NADH recently and is quite happy (so far!) But, it would be good to hear all the pro's and <possible> cons. I won't be speaking to him 'til tomorrow, but I'll read him your post and will ask him to write something about his dosage and the way he feels and I'll post it to you ASAP.
