Yes, my CP has had similar "bulging eye'' symptoms, lack of focus etc. I believe it is due to eye muscle tightening and eye movement problems as a result just like the rest of the body as it affected by the disease. Talk to your neurologist about this problem. The symptoms may be lessened during "on" times from medication. Delana Vaughan
